About the studio
Lisa Brüning Design is a petit paper studio based in Potsdam, Germany. Everything here is centered around traditional printing techniques and high quality papers.
We design on paper first, transfer our sketches into the digital world and print from magnesium plates back onto paper. We love the balance between digital and analogue media.
Knowing the tools and materials gives us the chance to make the best of your required products and literally make them shine. We print all of our designs in-house on our foil press. This way we’ve got full control over the quality and outcome of every product.
We love to dedicate a lot of time and love for details when producing stationery items.

About the designer
Lisa Brüning is the designer, calligrapher and printer behind this studio. Since 2016 she creates sophisticated designs on high quality papers, reminiscing an old world feeling.
Being a hopeless nostalgic she knows how to transport Mid-Century Modern Designs into the present. Keeping the designs simple, make her paper products timeless for all those years to come.
For Lisa it’s all about paper, printing and letters.
Lisa loved learning to write in elementary school – even then she made it her goal to earn those praises for writing neat. She followed her passion and studied Graphic Design (B.A). Her main focus always revolved around typography, handwriting and printing – never believing that print might be dead any day!
